THE PURCHASE OF ENERGY

Poland has been experiencing the progressive development of the renewable energy sector. Thanks to the system of subsidies to the investments in RES, new hydropower plants, wind farms and biogas installations are coming into existence. The producers of green energy include small companies that generate energy primarily for their own end uses. They may transfer the excess of the generated electric energy to the network.

FITEN SA purchases electric energy, particularly that generated from renewable sources, from small producers. We receive energy from our Partners, i.e. we pay for the electric energy which has been redirected to the network. We also purchase property rights – energy certificates of origin (energy certificates), which are received by producers for the generation of energy from renewable energy sources or in the process of high-efficiency cogeneration.

CO-OPERATION

Our offer is particularly addressed to:

  • wind farm owners,
  • landfill biogas installations,
  • biogas installations on sewage treatment plants,
  • small hydropower plants,
  • owners of cogeneration systems producing electric energy on the basis of network gas and mine gas.

We offer terms and conditions of co-operation tailored to the needs of producers.

For our Partners, we offer:

  • agreements for the duration of 1 to 5 years,
  • the guarantee of the minimum price irrespective of the economic situation on the market – we assume the risk,
  • in the event of long-term agreements with producers who endeavour to obtain subsidies for their investments, the possibility to secure a valuable authentication of liabilities for the bank granting a credit,
  • straightforward procedures,
  • the possibility of an advantageous disposal of green and yellow certificates.
