In order to meet the expectations of our Customers, we offer a wide range of unique services related to the functioning on the free market of electric energy.
The sale of electric energy to End Customers
For our business and corporate Customers, we offer favourable terms of co-operation, including agreements which may be concluded for flexible periods – from monthly to longterm agreements with the fixed price guarantee within the first three years of the agreement.
Adjustment of metering and billing systems
For the Customers whose HV and MV metering systems (A and B tariffs) are not adjusted, we offer assistance in adjusting the meters to the requirements set forth in the Distribution Network Operation Guide, in order to make it possible for them to change their electric energy seller. Such a service consists in:
- obtaining technical requirements for the adjustment of meters from the Distribution System Operator on whose territory the Customer operates,
- producing a preliminary cost estimate;,
- executing the works upon design approval by the Customer,
- submitting the works for acceptance by the Distribution System Operator..
Financing of the modernisation of systems
We provide assistance in obtaining such financing to corporate and public Customers who wish to take advantage of the model that allows covering the costs of metering systems adjustment from the savings achieved as a result of the change of an electric energy seller. This additional service is closely related to the sale of energy and the adjustment of metering and billing systems.
The preparation of the specification of essential terms of the contract
We offer support in handling the tendering procedures for institutions and offices which are obliged to purchase electric energy by public procurement. The service encompasses:
- audit of the equipment,
- analysis of electric energy consumption,
- preparation of the complete set of tender documents and announcement of a public tender by the Customer.
The result of all the above actions is the specification that helps the customer choose the most advantageous offer for the sale of electric energy.
An energy audit for cost-effectiveness of seller change
Our employees are pleased to perform an energy audit for your company and indicate specific solutions (technical, organisational and formal) which facilitate the minimisation of electric energy expenditures. The audit consists in the analysis of electric energy consumption by the Customer on the basis of invoices and technical documentation. We also check the metering and billing devices for their adjustment to the possibility of purchasing energy in accordance with the TPA principle.
Training in the field of optimisation of purchase costs for electric energy
We are also pleased to conduct on-request training and provide access to output materials which will help you and your company’s employees familiarise yourselves with the electric energy market and the methods of optimum energy use.
Trade balancing
During the term of the agreement for the sale of electric energy, we are responsible for the balancing of the consumer. Choosing FITEN SA as the entity responsible for trade balancing gives you the opportunity to select a number of electric energy sellers. You can calculate the difference between the planned and the actual amount of electric energy consumption at fixed prices or at market prices of the Polish Power Exchange, the Electric Energy Trading Platform of the Energy Market of the Stock Exchange or the Balancing Market. The service is closely related to the management of the electric energy purchase portfolio.
Management of the electric energy purchase portfolio
The management of the electric energy purchase portfolio is a service dedicated to consumers and small producers of electric energy. Depending on the term of the agreement for the sale of electric energy and other factors that have a significant influence on the level of energy prices on the wholesale market, you can protect yourself against the rising prices of electric energy or gain benefits from a momentary decrease in the prices of energy on the wholesale market. For our Customers, we regularly analyse the level of electric energy prices on the wholesale market in spot transactions and forward transactions, and we assist our Customers in the choice of a suitable variant of energy purchase and sale on this market.
Legal aid and consultancy
We ensure legal aid for the energy consumers during the change of an electric energy seller. Furthermore, we provide counsel on when to best conclude an agreement for the sale of electric energy, on what to pay particular attention to during the choice of an offer and we indicate which provisions of an agreement are unlawful.
