FITEN as the vice-leader among the NewConnect companies

FITEN SA was ranked second in terms of turnover in 2011 among the 100 largest companies listed in the NewConnect alternative trading system.

As regards the volume of sales, a better result was achieved only by Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Przemysłowego Budus. However, its high turnover was accompanied by a very poor net result. The company recorded a loss of over PLN 16 million, compared with a net profit of PLN 10 million in 2010.

Meanwhile, according to the financial statement of FITEN SA for the four quarters of the previous year, the company's net profit increased by 200% in comparison with 2010. The consolidated net profit of the entire FITEN group of companies increased by as much as 255%. 

3/4 of the 100 largest companies on the NC market were in the black in 2011.
